I've struggled with my weight my entire life. It doesn't matter how much you've built up your self esteem, when someone tells you that you aren't good enough for them, it gets you in the gut. My friend, Nikki, and I have decided it is time for a change, a serious change.
Some people may say our of sense of humor is toxic, and we shouldn't be talking about how un-attractive we are. But the TRUTH hurts, and I think we are just being HONEST.
We do have a game plan for our transformation. It involves some serious diet changes, and getting our BIG-FAT asses on the move.
